Our housing and tenancy service includes assessment, individualised case planning, and identifying a rental unit that meets your needs. If this is your first time renting an apartment or living independently, we will assist you with your move.

Assistance Life Stages, Transitions Assessment

Assistance with life-stage transition service includes short and long terms support that aims at strengthening and supporting the participant’s abilities and choices. We help you with these transitions, such as moving out of one’s home, joining the university, or getting a job are part of everyone’s life.

Daily Tasks / Shared Living Arrangement

Shared Living Arrangement is an NDIS service that supports individuals with disabilities to live in a shared home with other participants. It involves sharing accommodation, utilities, and support staff to enhance community participation and social inclusion.
